Penelope, the Pomeranian, a little dog who loves BIG adventures, is thrilled to be in Paris. Imagine her disappointment when her owners, the Bigs, go out for the day, leaving her alone in the hotel room. Refusing to be left out, she escapes and heads for the Eiffel Tower. What follows is a hair-raising romp through the city with Penelope chasing glimpses of Mr. Big’s red cap and Mrs. Big’s purple scarf.
